Forgot Username or Password

  1. Click forgot password link.

  1. In the forgot password form, enter your email address.

  1. Click E-mail new password button.
  1. Open your email then click the link sent to you.

  1. The link will show you your username.

  1. Click login button to change password.

IMPORTANT: Do not forget to change password since the link can only be used once.
